An expansion of a beloved public institution in Singapore’s civic district enabling communal celebration before and after solemnisation ceremonies. The project comprised renovation of the heritage A-frame, formalisation of external circulation to capture a courtyard and provision of a new building containing reception rooms, parking and a rooftop event garden.
